Fire, Fire!

In Cedar Class we have been learning about the Great Fire of London. We thought about how it would feel to be there and created freeze frames. It was terrifying!

Early Years sing-along and tea party

Pouring tea for Mum, with the help of Mrs Williams, at the tea party!

The Early Years ended Term 3 with a Sing-along and tea party! The children shared their stories, sang their nursery rhymes and then invited parents/carers back to the classrooms for a stay and play session. The children had made surprise cakes/gingerbread men and served tea and squash. It was also Earth week so the children had the added fun of dressing up – Mrs Williams doesn’t always look like a cat!

A big thank you!

Many thanks to ‘The Friends of Lockleaze Primary School Trust’ who have recently supported enrichment activities at school recently, including Y3 and Y4’s trip to ‘We The Curious’, Reception’s trip to Westonbirt Arboretum and Y1 and Y2’s trip to the Wildplace.

Posting Letters

Dragonflies Class wrote letters to their families and took a walk to the post box to post them. Look out for the postman!!
